Here is my experience with Texas Auto 290, I found a 2000 Ford F-550 bucket truck for $7,995 we were interested in. Today, 9/20/17 at 9:09 Am, I called to ask about the truck and possible financing options. The woman that answered the phone asked me how much we could put down, I told her 4 thousand. She placed me on a brief hold to check and see if that would work, she came back on the phone and confirmed 4 thousand would be ok. I proceeded to ask her what the total price out the door would be and she stated their systems were down so she couldn’t give that to me. At around 3:20 PM I had time to call back and try to get more information, the same woman answered the phone, I asked her about the total price and she told me she was going to transfer me. After being transferred to Earl, I started asking about the financing cost and was informed the truck was cash only. I then told him that the lady this morning told me 4 thousand down, and financing was available. Earl then insisted he would need 6 thousand down. He told me he would see if he could help me back and call me in 10 minutes or so. Before getting off the phone I also inquired about the transmission in the truck. I wanted to know if it had an Allison transmission, he stated he didn’t have that information and assured me it ran great and was ready to work. At 3:58 PM Earl calls back to tell me he would to have $5500 and needs the balance paid within 3 months. I said I couldn’t comfortably put down 5500 now and then he asked if I could do 5000. I then inquired again about finance fee and was told he would be charging a small fee for the financing. I asked AGAIN for the total amount, he said he would call me in 10 minutes with that information. At 4:16 he calls back with the total price of 10,900!!! I then told him I was no longer interested. I didn’t expect interest-free financing, I knew the fees would be higher. With that being said 2 thousand dollars IS NOT a SMALL fee!! Also, in the end, I still didn’t get an answer on the transmission. After the reviews, I read I really expected different!
Here is my honest review about this car dealership!! Been looking around (found the car on CarGurus) for a vehicle after my car got flooded during Harvey. I had lost 3 of my vehicles. BUT I patiently waited for a good deal on a car.
Cute little place in the country. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. Didn't feel pressured to purchase something I didn't want. They made me feel comfortable and my kids even enjoyed the friendly staff and snacks that were offered. Dog-friendly place so that was a plus for me!! Overall, they deserve every star possible.

Couple minutes down the road, I already knew I was ready to purchase it. It drove really good for the age and mileage..couldn't believe it. I turned back and got ready to do the paperwork. They explained all the documents thoroughly and there were NO hidden fees. I dropped the cash and left in about an hour or so..
great prices..i needed a daily driver because i didn't want to put miles on my brand new truck. car has been treating me well and haven't encountered an issue.
I came across this dealership after extending the radius to 200. Very easy to spot on the highway due to all the flags which I really loved..and the dealership itself was very nice and felt homey. As soon as I got there, they had the vehicle pulled to the very front after I told them I was on my way and hopped in it to test drive.
Been looking for a car to get around town in that had better gas mileage than my truck. Found a nice little beemer that the price was really good on. I was happy to only pay $4995. The service and staff helped me out and the whole process was quicker than any place I have ever bought at. Nice place.
