I love this place we come out from Cypress tx trust me its worth the drive. I enjoy the jalapeno pork and beef sausage and the hot smoked dried sausage jerky. Over the years ive been smoking lots of meat and sausage i feel that they have a great product a+ . The freshness is off the charts and consistency is bar none i highly recommend it. Krolczyk has my business usually pickup 30lbs of sausage and 20lbs of jerky to stock up!!
This is THE PLACE to buy ALL your fine meats! Best steaks within 50 mile radius and they are happy to custom cut anything you require! Prices are right on too! Don't leave without trying the SAUSAGE JERKY!
Killergrade stamp of approval Sausage is the best around. Just drove from Houston to get 20 pounds to ship to the left coast for my friends and family. There is nothing like it.
We travel from Houston to get the absolute BEST Sausage we've ever had. Even the consistency of it is more course ground, not an automated processing like others have. No comparison to what the big grocery chains sell. We've even tried some others like Bellville Meat Market (which is good too!), but, I/we Love Krolczyk's. We stock up when we go, enough to last 1-2 months. They also have some other meat cuts and cheeses we like for lunches. Thumbs UP from me! Worth the drive. Beef & Pork Sausage, reg or hot .... my favorites!
It's off the beaten path. But you have to stop. Fresh meats, and a little deli. They don't have the variety of Jerky like bucees but it tastes a lot better
