The woman running the Hempstead post office is totally incompetent as well as the carriers!! Put in a change of address effective July 7th, 2016 & am still receiving mail, including a jury duty notice for my husband, as late as July 23, 2016, at the old address. She had to check with her carrier to see if there was something the carrier knew about my mail, that the woman in charge didn't know........ REALLY??
Very limited hours, windows close at 4:30pm. When exactly are you supposed to get those services only available at the window if you work a regular job?
Called and spoke with a Ms.Thomas she was very rude and unrefined. She has absolutely no phone etiquette what so ever.
