NOT EVEN A QUARTER STAR!!! I pulled in here after a 15-hour day on the road. When I push the button I was asked to move. It wasn't that the bay was not working or that the speaker was not working... She stated I need you to move to a closer Bay. I explained I could not I have a migraine and my eyes are really sensitive to the light now and she disconnected!! Never never never have I been so ashamed to have gone to a place. Shame on this place!!
I'd have given it 5 stars because the drinks that I ordered were great but it took 18 minutes to get them.
Sonic has a lot of variety for good prices, but it will make you feel terrible if you're not used to eating fast food.
Service was horrible. Food was cold. Not remotely warm. Instead of putting mustard on a fresh burger we received a cold burger and mustard packets.
Every time we come here the service is extremely slow and it seems like they cannot hear us when we order. Today we got charged extra for our kids drinks and they brought them the wrong drinks. They also didn't let us complete our order. I am very disappointed and if McDonald's across the street wasn't so busy we would have gone there.
